Scroll vacuum pumps represent an innovative technology in the field of vacuum solutions. With their unique dual spiral mechanism design, they offer a fine vacuum with low noise and vibration levels without the use of oil.
Their design has several advantages, including low noise and vibrations, easy maintenance and elimination of potential problems.
The devices are able to process steam more efficiently than some other types of the vacuum pumps. They are primarily used in analytical instrumentation and R&D applications, especially where clean and dry vacuum pumping is required.
Parameters of the scroll vacuum pumps:

The principle of the oil-free scroll vacuum pumps
Scroll vacuum pumps work on the basis of a simple but efficient principle.
It consists of a fixed spiral element and another element that moves (orbits) in it. As this orbiting spiral element moves from position 1 to position 4, the size of the chambers containing the air (or gas) gradually decreases.
This movement compresses the air in these chambers. When compressed, this air is blown out.
In this way, the scroll vacuum pump compresses air efficiently and quietly without the need of oil, making it environmentally friendly device, which is suitable for a variety of applications.
