High-volume Elektror fans from 25,000 to 400,000 m3/hThis type of the Elektror fans forms a standardized series of the fans. Every fan is tailored to the corresponding application. The fans can be made with a direct connection, clutch connection or belt connection. The fan speed is usually controlled by a frequency converter. The impellers are made of steel or stainless steel. It is also possible to prepare versions for explosive environments (ATEX). The orientation of the exhaust and the rotation direction are adjustable. Key parameters of large-volume fans:

Fans for explosive environmentsFans for explosive environments, Elektror ND ATEX, Elektror RD ATEX and Elektror HRD FU/FUK series are made of an aluminum alloy. All series are designed for the transport of air and explosive gases. The rotor is made of galvanized steel sheet. Dynamically balanced impellers guarantee low noise and high efficiency. Their design is ready for installation in both three-phase and single-phase motors. The motors have a spark protection. ATEX is supplied with the fan as a unit. The Elektror ND ATEX low-pressure fans have a power output of up to 95 m³/min and 2,200 Pa. The Elektror RD ATEX medium-pressure fans have a power output of up to 142 m³/min and 10,600 Pa. The Elektror HRD FU/FUK high-pressure fans have a power output of up to 100 m³/min and 17,300 Pa. With a higher speed up to 105 Hz (approx. 6,200 rpm). These series have a direct drive via a remote frequency converter (FU) or built-in frequency converter (FUK). . Key parameters of the Elektror fans include:

Idle radial fansIdle radial industrial fans achieve a pumping speed of up to 300,000 m³/h (5,000 m³/min) and a maximum overpressure of up to 3,300 Pa. Idle fans can be supplied with a direct drive, clutch box drive, belt drive or frequency inverter control. The fans are standardized, but also tailored to each application. Key benefits and functions of idle fans include:

Axial fansMAF industrial axial fans can deliver up to 200,000 m³/h (3,300 m³/min) and 2,000 Pa. MAFC series 145,000 m³/h (2,500 m³/min) and 5,200 Pa. Both series can be supplied with either a direct drive, belt drive or frequency converter. Fans in this production range are designed specifically to meet the requirements of a particular project. Conveyor fansConveyor fans are primarily designed for a direct transport of light bulk materials. Materials should not be abrasive or explosive. Conveyor fans are used for vacuum and overpressure transport of materials. The valves can be supplied with a direct phonon, clutch drive or frequency converter control. Aluminum alloy covers, open transport impellers made of steel. That ensures corrosion resistance. Elektror RDF conveyor fans have a capacity of up to 64 m³/min and a pressure differential of up to 7,150 Pa. Elektror CFMT conveyor fans have a capacity of up to 12,000 m³/h (200 m³/min) and a pressure differential of up to 4,250 Pa. Fans can be supplied with an electric motor or an internal combustion motor. Key benefits and functions include:

Roof fansThe Elektror MAFR roof fans have a capacity of up to 67,000 m³/h (1,100 m³/min) and 1,100 Pa. They are supplied either with a direct belt drive operation or with a frequency converter. The fans are made of stainless steel. The impellers are made of plastic or aluminum. The fan blades create an air vacuum during movement, which comes out of the fan already under pressure. The fan is weatherproof. They are always sized individually pursuant to the given project. Available in a two-stage design or with a frequency converter. Key benefits and functions include:

Industrial fans are used in the following industrial fields:
- They are also used in heating plants and incineration plants, where they form a part of evaporators. They supply compressed air to the incineration furnaces. Hot air industrial fans, ATEX fans as well as other fan types are available.
- Industrial fans form a part of the equipment for cooling, degassing, vacuum distillation, moisture removal or freeze drying. They form a common part of ventilation systemswhere they serve as circulation air.sources They are used to ventilate rooms and workplaces, such as painting facilities or welding workshops. They are not affected by slightly volatile pollutants, and they can ventilate air from the galvanizing baths.
- Industrial fans and blowers with side ducts create a vacuum that can be used for positive or negative pressure handling. Vacuum pressure can be distributed with the help of air nozzles, so that large areas can be gripped. In the printing industry they are used, for example, in paper handling systems and in the textile industry in weaving and knitting machines.
- Many dust particles and gases are already highly explosive in their original state. ATEX-modified industrial fans are also deployed in more demanding environments. In chemical factories, biogas plants, mills, landfills, wastewater treatment plants or flour silos.
- In agriculture , industrial fans supply pressure for the transport of granular and bulk materials in pressurized operations. They are used in feeding devices and dispensers for transporting feed, feathers, powders or tobacco. They form an integral part of dosing machines and composting plants.
- Fans play a key role in aeration (introducing air into the less oxygenated material layers). They are used for aeration of water in breeding tanks, backwashing of filters and water oxygenation. In wastewater treatment plants , industrial fans are used in filtration units for aeration and blowing.
- Fans can be used in spa facilities, saunas and SPAs, where they are used as air sources for whirlpools.
- Food processing technology uses airflow to blow out (discharge) a variety of media. Fans are applied here as air sources for drying in laundry facilities and dryers.
- Fans have their place as a source of pressure and vacuum for the moving shipments in pipeline mail.
- Air drying is one of the safest ways to preserve a product. Because of their design, the fans can work with heated air (up to 230 °C). Their use in air weldingor drying of synthetic granulate is therefore common.
