The generated vacuum is used for material lifting, shifting or fastening. This technology includes vacuum tables, feeders, scrollers, cranes and vacuum gripper robots.   The workpiece is fastened utilizing differential pressure. This application is suitable for deformed surfaces as well as soft, thin layers and small objects.   In the healthcare sector, they are used, for example, for medical breathing apparatus, sterilization of medical equipment, exhaust stations for local vacuum and pressure sources.

Dirt on workpieces is removed by suction or evaporation. This process is used for heat-sensitive materials of complex shapes, such as removal of wash water from mechanical parts and molecular removal of absorbed water from resin pellets.

Vacuum drying can also be used in centrifugal systems for handling chemicals.

  The workpiece is fastened utilizing differential pressure.

This application uses a vacuum pump to generate high pressure when freezing (sublimating) individual products. For example, in the production of instant coffee or dried foods, etc.

 

Since it does not conduct heat, vacuum is used to create thermal insulation. The DVSL series vacuum pumps are used to generate vacuum. They are therefore used, for example, in the production of vacuum thermal insulation films or in the application of dewars. These are used to store and transport liquid gases such as liquid nitrogen.

Oxygen in the air has a negative impact on the food shelf life. It can be removed by sucking the air from product packages or by packaging food in a protective foil. When vacuuming food with scroll vacuum pumps, there is no contamination with oil vapors.

 

The vacuum pumps are used to recover rare or procedural gases (ISP). For example, they facilitate gas filling into a container that is under vacuum pressure.

 

This technique is applied to the analysis of particles contained in automobile exhaust gases.

Leak detectors are devices designed to detect and locate gas or liquid leaks from enclosed systems. They check for leaks. This is done by exchanging pressure over a period of time. The scroll vacuum pump creates a vacuum here. For helium leak testers, a leak measurement vacuum pump is required to avoid negative environmental impacts.

 

When the sample is scanned with an electron beam, an oil-free "clean" vacuum is required in the chamber. A scroll vacuum pump can do that.

 

This application prevents oxidation and removes absorbed gases from the material. The process takes place during heat processing in the vacuum, which a scroll vacuum pump can create.

This process involves deposition of metal onto a solid material by bombarding it with high-energy ions, particularly rare gas ions. These ions separate atoms from the surface of the material, which then become a gas.

 

During this process, metal is deposited on the surface of the part designated for processing; the part is vacuumed and heated in the chamber.

 

To work optimally, synchrotrons require very low pressure inside the accelerator chamber. A clean vacuum is needed for these applications. This is the basis for cutting-edge technologies in particle physics. .
