The ISP series vacuum pumps offer an ideal solution for laboratories, medical facilities and clean rooms where cleanliness and quiet operation are paramount. Their oil-free design ensures that no oil contamination is created in the process, which is crucial for sensitive environments.
The ISP range of vacuum pumps offers a clean vacuum environment and eliminates unpleasant, inconvenient lubricant maintenance or seal water feed. ISP vacuum pumps are not subject to installation restrictions because they have an air-cooled system. ISP maintains low power consumption from atmosphere to maximum pressure. The maximum pressure is 1 [Pa]. Anest Iwata dry-running scroll vacuum pumps provide oil-free, air-cooled vacuum, pumping in the low milli-torque range. Air Flush
Pumping wet gas through the vacuum pump can cause condensed moisture to remain in the vacuum pump. This remaining moisture can cause a failure of the vacuum pump or of the final pressure. The use of an Air Flush is necessary to remove any remaining moisture.
