Laboratory vacuum systems
Vacuum technologies are helping to shape the future of the chemical, medical and physical areas. Laboratory vacuum pumps provide solutions for a wide range of vacuum applications in chemical and biological laboratories and educational institutions. Vacuum sources are absolutely essential for scientific research, surface analysis, experiments and laboratory research of new materials.
VAKUUM BOHEMIA, s.r.o. is a supplier of laboratory vacuum systems and individual vacuum components for laboratories and various industries. Our product range includes chemically resistant vacuum systems resistant to chemical corrosion, mobile turbomolecular pumping systems and complete vacuum units ready for high vacuum generation. Diffusion oil vacuum pumps and systems used in mass spectrometry are also available.
Our solutions are suitable for analytical instruments, particle accelerators, leak detectors, electron microscopes, mass spectrometers, freeze dryers, laboratory vacuum gloves and cryogenic processes.
ChemStar® oil-free vacuum systems for chemical applications

ChemStar® oil-free vacuum systems for chemical applicationsCombination of two technologies: Roots blowers and diaphragm vacuum pumps. The result is an oil-free, software-controlled vacuum system that is ready to perform in harsh chemical conditions - cleanly, quickly and thoroughly. The systems are developed specifically for laboratory operations that require high pumping speeds and high vacuum. The systems combine booster vacuum pumps with patented PTFE diaphragm technology that has a pumping speed (150 l/min) in the working range for most evaporation operations (2.0 to 0.1 mbar) and that can reach a maximum pressure of 10-2 mbar. Univac MPKC laboratory vacuum systemsUnivac systems are available with either 4 or 6 chemically resistant diaphragm pumps (MPC) mounted on a cart with a microprocessor control system. With a maximum vacuum (75 mbar, 8 mbar and 2 mbar) and a maximum flow rate (up to 50 m3/h), Univac systems are designed to deliver vacuum to the entire laboratory and can achieve low final vacuum with high flow rate within the same amount of time. Mobile turbomolecular pumping systems STPThese mobile units are designed to generate high vacuum with extremely high pumping speeds in the front vacuum area. The mobility of the system allows it to be placed as close to the boxes as possible, meaning that only short vacuum lines are needed. A short vacuum line guarantees low flow losses and consequently high pumping speeds from the vessel. Key characteristics of the WELCH STP series mobile turbomolecular systems:

Mobile diffusion oil vacuum pumps and DP systemsOil diffusion vacuum pumps are used to produce high and ultra-high vacuum. They can reach a limit pressure of up to 5x10-7 mbar with extremely high pumping speeds. In addition to individual vacuum pumps, we also offer complete vacuum systems with oil diffusion vacuum pumps. To use a diffusion vacuum pump, a vacuum pre-pump must be connected. Diffusion vacuum pumps operate without rotating parts. To achieve a high vacuum range (maximum pressure of 5x10-7 mbar), they use an oil shower. The absence of parts susceptible to wear and tear results in the diffusion vacuum pumps having a long service life. The vacuum pumps can achieve pumping speeds (up to 210 l/s). All oil diffusion vacuum pumps are complete, including a high vacuum valve, fittings, reverse valve and coarse vacuum extraction valve.
