The ULVAC PBL diffusion vacuum pump can achieve a maximum pumping speed of 10-1 Pa. The model bodies are made of stainless steel, which eliminates corrosion and ensures a long service life. The PBL series consists of 6 models with an inlet flange from 2 to 20 inches.

The ULVAC PFL series diffusion oil vacuum pumps have a reliable design with low operating fluid backflow and low operating cost. They boost a high and stable pumping speed. They are ideal for high volume vacuum equipment such as vacuum furnaces. The PFL series includes 4 models with an inlet flange from 22 to 52 inches.

The ULVAC ULK series has been designed specifically for applications where the height of the vacuum pump installation is limited. The pump housings are made of stainless steel and the internal elements of the steam pipes are made of aluminum. The ULK series is available in four models with pumping speeds of 500 to 5,400 l/s. The vacuum pump can achieve highly stable performance at pressures of up to 10-2 Pa (10-4 torr). The ULK series consists of 6 models with an inlet flange from 22 to 52 inches.

All ULK series models require water cooling.

Higher model series also have heating elements directly immersed in the operating fluid.
