Oil-free minicompressors and mini vacuum pumps utilize a mobile piston for their operation. This equipment is intended to be included in other equipment, is oil-free, and does not require any lubrication. Models are sold in miniature one-stage and two-stage designs. Equipment can be used either as compressors or vacuum pumps. We have the most popular minicompressors in stock and it is also possible to borrow them for a test run.

Operating principles of minicompressors

This equipment relies on a mobile piston and is fitted with a four-pole motor, a capacitor starter, temperature fuse, and built-in cooling fan. The slow-running motor with 1400 rpm is silent and has a long service life. Motors are single phase, 220V, 50 Hz. Versions with 12 VDC, 24 VDC and 110V, 60 Hz are also available. The compressor suctions air, compresses it, and then expels it through the exhaust. Minicompressors are sealed with a Teflon O-ring and are completely oil-free.
