DZS claw vacuum pumps are powerful vacuum pumps that provide vacuum in the range of 50-140 mbar (a), 28.3-25.8 Hg Vac. DZM units combine two to four DZS vacuum pumps (depending on the application) in a single compact housing. They are fitted with a cover that not only protects the vacuum pump, but also reduces the noise level. Their side walls are removable for quick access and easy maintenance.

DZS claw vacuum pumps

A key feature of the modular DZS concept is the separation of the corrosion-resistant pumping chamber from the gearbox. This allows for an easy access to remove, clean and reassemble the stainless steel beaks, while eliminating the need to remove the gears and perform resynchronizing after cleaning. Gearbox insulation eliminates the risk of the process or gear oil contamination.

The vacuum pumps are driven by highly efficient IE3 VSD-compatible motors that ensure reliable operation over the entire speed range.

These units not only respond to the changing demand for vacuum, but also provide the option of replacing multiple machines with a central unit. This allows you to centralize the vacuum pumps in one place and to optimize the system performance. The modular DZS design allows for flexibility and efficiency in terms of maintenance and life cycle expenses. In particular, it offers great advantages related to the problem of heat dissipation.

DZS vacuum pumps offer unrivalled vacuum levels in the range of 50-140 mbar (a), 28.3-25.8 Hg Vac. The vacuum pumps can be ATEX-certified to enable a reliable operation even in extreme conditions.

Vacuum systems with DZM claw vacuum pumps

DZM units combine two to four DZS vacuum pumps (depending on the application) in a single compact housing. The robust housing not only protects the vacuum pump but also reduces the noise level. To protect heat-sensitive electronics, the components ("hot" and "cold") are installed separately from each other. The side walls are usually removable, allowing for a quick access and easier maintenance.

One vacuum pump has a variable speed drive, which allows the vacuum to be precisely adjusted to the customer's requirements. This dramatically improves efficiency by reducing the required power output, thereby reducing the ownership cost.

The vacuum pumps are available in three sizes, DZM 600 VSD, DZM 900 VSD and DZM 1200 VSD, with flow rates from 65 to 723 cubic feet per minute (cfm).
