Leybold rotary vane oil vacuum pumps are either single-stage or two-stage. The two-stage models are called TRIVAC and the single-stage SOGEVAC. The two-stage vacuum pumps achieve significantly deeper vacuum, up to 0.001 mbar, and a maximum flow of 4 to 65 m3/h. Other versions include the TRIVAC D and TRIVAC E vacuum pumps.
