BUSCH COBRA screw vacuum pumps are oil-free vacuum pumps. They are intended for preparing a deep vacuum of up to 0.05 mbar and pumping speeds of up to 720 m3/h. These vacuum pumps can have ATEX certification and so are especially suitable for the chemical industry.
